This Mammootty's Great Father beats the lifetime count of Vijay's Kaththi!


A day ago, we had reported that the first look motion poster of Mammootty's most awaited movie 'The Great Father' has surpassed the lifetime likes count of 'Bahubali: The Conclusion' motion poster.
Now, the video is nearing 10 lakh views on YouTube with over 38,000 likes in less than 4 days, breaking the lifetime likes count of Ilayathalathy Vijay's 2014 release 'Kaththi' which had over 36,000 likes.
The 55 seconds long motion poster of 'The Great Father' which was released on January 31st has been receiving overwhelming response from audience and celebrities alike. Looks like, the video is going to create more records in the coming days!
Written and directed by debutant Haneef Adeni, 'The Great Father' features Mammooty and Kollywood actress Sneha in the lead roles along with actor Arya in an important role. This upcoming action revenge thriller which is jointly produced by Prithviraj Sukumaran, Santosh Sivan, Arya and Shaji Natesan under the banner August Cinemas, is expected to hit the big screens on March.

Ezra expectations

Ezra , the upcoming film of Prithviraj, which impressed one and all with its posters and brilliantly cut teasers is one of the most awaited movies of this year. The film was earlier expected to hit the theatres as a Christmas release of 2016 but the film strike that hit the industry badly, did delay the arrival of the movie. With the film strike having come to an end, the makers have come up with a confirmed release date of the movie. According to the latest reports, the film would grace the theatres on February 10, 2017. The makers of  Ezra  announced the date through the film's official Facebook page.
